Returns Policy
At Off Road Central, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and fair return policy to make the process as hassle-free as possible.

Unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law or other binding legislations, Off Road Central may at its discretion accept or decline application for return of goods subject to this clause.

The term “ORC” throughout this document refers to the binding party Off Road Central.

Order Returns

Returns / Exchange of goods will only be considered if:

  • The goods are faulty.
  • ORC is notified of the issue with the goods within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The goods are returned to ORC within 14 days of delivery.
  • The goods are in the original packaging and have not been damaged or interfered with by the customer.
  • The goods are not a special-order item (manufactured exclusively for the customer) or ORC nonstock product lines.
  • The goods were purchased directly from www.offroadcentral.com.au.
    For products purchased through third-party sellers, please refer to their respective return policies.

Refunds will only be issued in the event of:

  • Faulty product

We will issue a refund to your original payment method for the purchase price of the item (excluding shipping fees), usually within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will not be given for change of mind.

All other returns will be subject to an exchange or credit.
You acknowledge that all credits will not include.

  • Freight costs, which must be borne by you.
  • Fitting charges
  • Service charges

You acknowledge that all returns are subject to a 20% cancellation/ restocking fee.

If you prefer an exchange for a different size or product, we will ship the requested item to you once we receive and inspect the returned item. All freight costs are required to be paid by the customer. A restocking fee may also be requested (subject to product)

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Cancelled orders will only be accepted if notification is received within 12 hours of the order being placed and or if the product has not yet been dispatched, unless ORC in its sole discretion agrees otherwise in writing.

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, Off Road Central will issue a refund to your original payment method or store credit (subject to the discretion of ORC), usually within 7-10 business days.  All credits and refunds for cancelled orders are subject to a 20% cancellation/ restocking fee.

Refunds and credits will not be issued for items that have been “special ordered” (custom orders).

If the order has already been dispatched, the customer is responsible for all freight costs to and from Off Road Centrals nominated warehouse, plus any manufacture restocking charges as well as the ORC standard 20% restocking fee.  
A refund based on the above terms or store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of ORC.

Retention of Title

The title of all goods supplied by Off Road Central remains with Off Road Central until payment for the goods is received in full by the customer.
